Parkdale is one of Central Bayside Community Health Services locations, offering specialised care, activities and supports for adults with disability.

Our team’s aim is to help you get the most out of your NDIS service providers. That means helping you to understand your plan, manage your plan, resolve any provider issues, help you to review your plan and allow you to have more control over your providers.

For all queries, please contact our service centre on 8587 0200. We offer support 7 days a week.

Hours of Service

We provide disability support and services at this location from 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Speak to our support coordinator. They can provide you the information you need to know to find a service provider to suit your requirements.
