Support our Auxiliary

The CBCHS Auxiliary is a team of dedicated volunteers who use their skills in knitting, crocheting, sewing and craft to help raise funds to support our cause.  Items made by the Auxiliary are sold at the CBCHS Parkdale site with funds donated to many worthwhile projects to help improve the lives of our clients and community.

You can support the fundraising efforts of the CBCHS Auxiliary by purchasing their unique, hand-made items on display at the main reception at our Parkdale site.  Donations of clean wool or fabric material and paperback novels in good condition are very welcome.

If you would like to support or join the Auxiliary, please contact the CBCHS Volunteer Coordinator via:

Volunteer your time

The gift of time as a volunteer is a very generous way to make a hands-on contribution, making a positive difference to someone’s life.  It is also a rewarding way to stay connected with our community and have fun!

There are many opportunities available to volunteer your time in areas including our disability services, exercise and fitness groups and the Community Visitors Scheme.  For more information, please contact the CBCHS Volunteer Coordinator via
