Strength training can help improve overall fitness, balance, flexibility, coordination and posture. It can also be effective in managing conditions such as anxiety, arthritis, stress and fatigue.
This exercise group is run by our Allied Health Assistants, volunteers and supervised by Physiotherapists. Strength Training involves a circuit of exercises using light weights and equipment. Programs are tailored to individual needs and participants work at their own pace in a fun, social environment.
