Clayton South is one of Central Bayside Community Health Services locations, offering specialised care, activities and support for adults with disability. Our centres across Melbourne have a specialised support coordinator that aims to provide each individual with a better understanding of their NDIS plan and maximise their control and choice when it comes to support.
With 30 years’ experience in integrated health, wellbeing and disability support services, our team has the expertise and knowledge to help you get the most out of our services and programs. It is our aim to help those with a disability obtain the services and support they need to live a happier and healthier life.

We aim to provide Disability Services 7 days a week, 7am – 10pm. Speak to our team now, so they can provide you with all the information you need to know to access services and programs to suit your needs.

Our Clayton South centre delivers disability support and services for those in the community. Our services include a wide range of activities and programs such as physical therapy, sport and fitness, work skills, computer training and art and craft.
