Our confidential Counselling and Psychology service provides a range of therapeutic, evidence-based techniques for best client outcomes. We offer individual consultation or group support to help people of all ages understand and work through problems, appreciate their strengths and try new strategies.
All of our services are part of a comprehensive integrated Allied Health Team which can also refer you to other services and group activities to help improve health, wellbeing and social connection.
Service Description
Our team of qualified Counsellors and Psychologists can help with many issues including:
- Anxiety and depression
- Grief and loss
- Personal distress
- Relationship and family difficulties
- Self-esteem and personal distress
- Social isolation
- Violence, abuse and trauma
- Chronic health conditions
- Stress, school or work related issues
- Substance abuse
- Coping strategies for mental health problems
For ongoing support, we can refer you to groups such as:
- Anxiety, stress and lifestyle program
- Relaxation, individual and group programs
- Tai Chi
- SMART Recovery
We also have a specialist Child and Family Psychologist who provides counselling and assessment for children 0-12 years. Individual and family consultations are offered.

For specific Gambling Problem Counselling please refer to our Gambler’s Help Service.
Eligibility
This service is available to everyone, however priority access is given to Health Care and Pension Card Holders.
Our Counselling Service is a registered NDIS Therapeutic Support.
